What data we collect and what for
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the forms on the website (name, email, phone, company and the content of your message), for these purposes:
- To answer your contact or assessment request and schedule the call you ask for.
- To prepare and send you commercial proposals related to your request.
- To send you content if you subscribe to the newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the forms, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention
We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete it. Data from requests that do not turn into a project is reviewed and purged periodically.
Recipients and processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To provide the service we use technology providers (hosting and databases within the European Union) acting as data processors under GDPR safeguards.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@automatika.agency. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
